Accounts Executive
Job Brief
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accurate financial records, and support financial reporting in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Job Description
- Maintain books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support audits and provide required documentation
- Handle VAT filings and related compliance
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendor
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Administration
- Support general office administrative tasks
- Maintain files, records, and documents
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
Inventory
- Assist in maintaining stock in and stock out records
- Support material receipt, issuance, and documentation
- Assist in stock verification and audits
Inventory
- Experience with ERP NXT & ZOHO systems
- Knowledge of UAE tax laws and regulations

- 6 days working (Mon-Sat)
- Timings: 9 am to 6 pm.
